Fruit and Nut Whip
Ingredients
4 oz. Cooked Chopped Prunes
2 oz. Slivered Almonds Roasted
1 Cup Roasted Crushed Peanuts
3 Dssrtspns. Desiccated Coconut
2 oz. Preserved Cherries
1/2 pt. Fresh Cream
Coffee Crystals
4 oz. Cooked Chopped Prunes

Method
Chop prunes, cherries and almonds together and divide into two. Whip the cream until thick and mix in peanuts, coconut and flavouring. This can be to taste, as vanilla, pineapple, peppermint, etc. Put a little of the prune mixture in each dessert glass and place cream mixture on top. Using the second portion of prune mixture, put a ring around the edge with the cream and place glasses in the refrigerator to get cold. Scatter with coffee crystals before serving.
