Cheese and Pineapple Scones

4tspns. Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
1 tblspn. Butter
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Small Can Pineapple Pieces
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese.
Sift dry ingredients and rub in butter and grated cheese. Mix to a light dough with milk. Knead lightly and pat out to 1/2" thickness. Cut into small scones and place on a buttered tray. Graze with the little milk and press a pineapple piece in acentre of each. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 475oF for 10-12 minutes. Butter for serving.
