3/4 Cup White Flour
1/4 Cup Wheatgerm
1/2 Cup Butter
Pinch Salt
Blen flour, wheatgerm, salt and butter. Add enough water about 2 - 3 tblspns., - to moisten mixture. Turn dough onto a piece of olied paper and form into a ball. Chill. Roll out on a floured board. Makes 1 * 9" crust.
