Wholewheat Pie Crust

1 Cup wholewheat flour mixed with 1/2 Cup white Flour
1/2 tspn. Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
5 tblspns. Cold Milk or Water
Sift flours and salt together ; use all the bran that is sifted. Crumb the butter into the flour, rub in until it resembles meal. Add liquid a spoonful at a time, mixing and pressing together until dough is moist enough to hold together. This makes a 2-crust pie. Halve the quantity if base of pie only is required.
