Crumb Cake

3 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
5 tspn Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Cups Milk
1 tblspn. Thick Cream
1 tspn. Vanilla Essence
Covering Ingredients
8 tblspn. Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tspn. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tspn. Ground Ginger
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Pinch Salt
Sift flour, salt and baking powder three times together. Mix in sugar. Make a hollow in centre and pour in the melted butter, cream and vanilla milk. Mix to a soft dough. Mix all the covering ingredients. Spread in a square pan (greased and floured) and cover with Covering ingredients.

Bake at 400o F for about 40 minutes. Better the same day.
