Buttermilk Cup Cakes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 and 1/4 cups Flour
1/2 tspn Bi-carb.
1 tspn Baking Powder
1 Pinch Salt
1 cup Buttermilk
1tsn Vanilla

Method
Cream the butter and sugar. Sift the dry ingredients and add alternately with the buttermilk to the butter mixture. Add vanilla . Blend very thoroughly. Put paper casese into muffins tins and fill these 3/4 full and bake at 400 degree F for about 20 minutes.
