Orange Roll-Ups

1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Wholebran cereal
3/4 Cup Milk
1 & 1/2 Cups Sifted Flour
Pinch Salt
3 tbspn Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Butter
1 tbspn. Melted Butter
2 tbspn. Grated
1/2 tspns. Cinnamon
Orange Rind
Combine 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, orange juice and rind. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly till sugar has disolved and mixture has boiled for about 2 minutes. Spread this mixture over the bottom of 12 muffin cups. Now combine the wholebran cereal and milk and allow to stand until most of moisture is absorbed. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 1/3 cup butter untilmixture resembles coarse meal. Add the sereal mixture stirring only till combined. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly a few times. Roll into 12" * 6" rctangle. Brush with the tblspn. Melted butter, sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, mixed with the cinnamon. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1" slices. Place cut side down in orange mixture. Bake at 450 o F for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
