Cherry Buns

2 Cups Flour
1 Pinch Salt
2 tspn Baking Powder
2 oz. Butter
1/4 Cup Milk

Ingredients for Topping
1 Cup Sugar Frosted Cornflakes
1/4 Cup Honey
1oz. Butter
10 Quartered Glace Cherries
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Rub in butter finely. Add milk to make soft dough. Pat out onto a floured board tp 1/4" thickness and cut into 10 * 3" rounds. Put into a greased 10" layer cake pan. Crush the flakes slightly, combine with honey and melted butter and mix well and pour over the scones. Arrange cherry quarters on each and bake in a hot oven for 15 - 20 minutes. These should be served immediately.
