Honey Bread

1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tspn. Ground Ginger
1 Cup Honey
1 Cup Flour
1tspn. Bi-Carb.
Mix cream, sugar and honey, and sift in flour and ginger.Add Bi-Carb. Dissolved in 2 tspns. Warm water.Mix well and pour into greased loaf tins.Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
