Coconut Biscuits

2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Ghee
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Rose Essence
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
Sift flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and work in ghee. Beat well. Add coconut powder and rose essence. Beat again and spoon batter in cup cake tinsand bake at 180 degree C for 15 minutes.Cool and transfer to individual paper casings.
