Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
3 tblspns. Golden Syrup
1 Cup Hot Water
Grated rind 1/2 Lemon
1 Lump Butter
1 Level tblspn. Cornflour
1 tspn. Ground Ginger.
Method
Boil syrup, water and juice together. Add cornflour, mixed with a little cold water, and boil for a few minutes. Add 1 tspn. Ground ginger to hot water mixture.Stir in lump of butter.
