Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
1 Bottle Vinegar
2 - 1/2 lbs. Ripe Tomatoes
1 lb. Cooking Apples
1/2 lbs. Onions
1 tspn. Cayenne Pepper
1 tblspn. Salt
1 dssrtspn. Allspice
1 - 1/2 lbs. Sugar
1 tspn. Ground Ginger
Method
Remove tomato skins. Cut up and place in a large saucepan. Boil slowly, stirring often to prevent burning. When cooked, leave until cold and bottle.
