Plum Chutney

Ingredients
2 lbs. Plums
1 lb. Cooking Apples
3/4 lb. Yellow Sugar
3/4 Pint Vinegar
1 lb. Stoned Raisins
1 Clove Garlic
1 dssrtspn. Ground Ginger
Salt to Taste
1 tspn. Cayenne
Method
Peel, stone and core fruit and cut up. Boil the fruit, sugar and vinegar for about 15 minutes. Add the other ingredents and boil until thick.
