White Sauce

Ingredients
2 tblspns. Butter
1 tblspn. All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk.
Method
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat and blend in flour. Stir in milk and simmer until thick and smooth. Mix well. Transfer to glass bowls or jars and refrigerate to store.
