Sooji

Ingredients
1 Cup Rava
3 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3-4 tbsp. Ghee
Few Cardamons
Some Cashews
Some Raisins
Pinch Saffron/Turmeric
Method
Roast rava until light brown.
Boil 3 cups of water, add sugar, allow it to completely dissolve.
Add rava to water slowly, stirring.
Fry cardamons, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava.
Add saffron/turmeric and mix.
