Mixed Fruit Soup

Ingredients
2-1/2 Cups Fresh Mixed Fruit
1-1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple Juice. 1 Slice Unpeeled Lemon
1 tblspn. Lemon Juice
1tspn. Agar-Agar.
Method
Soak the agar- agar in some of the juice and melt over a gentle heat or in a double boiler. Place all the ingredients in a machine and blend well.Chill in refrigerator for about one hour, then blend in machine again to insure a smooth texture. The above recipes make 1 pint of soup.
