Ingredients
1 Cup Dried Beans
1 tblspn. Flour
1 tblspn. Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tblspn. Vinnegar
2 tblspns. Butter
Method
Soak beans overnight. Boil till soft and add butter. Mix sugar, flour, salt and vinegar and add gradually to boiling mixture. Boil another 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
