Iced Pineapple Appetizer
Ingredients
1 Pineapple
1 Large Apple
1 Heart of Celery
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Red or Green Peppers.

Method
Peel pineapple and remove brown hairs from the 'eyes'. Cut in half and remove core, then cut strips, then shreds.Peel and core the apple and grate on the large side of the grater. Shred the celery finely.Toss together, with mayonnaise, and serve in individual dishes. Garnish with fine strips of pepper and celery heart and chill well.
