Chocolate Pudding Mix
Ingredients
4 Cups Milk Powder
2 Cups Sugar Powdered
1- 1/2 Cups Cornstarch
1tspn. Salt
Vanilla
1 Cup Water
2 Ounces Melted Unsweetened Solid Baking Chocolate
2 tblspns Butter.
4 Cups Milk Powder
2 Cups Sugar Powdered

2 Ounces Melted Unsweetened Solid Baking Chocolate
2 tblspns Butter.
Method
Combine cornstarch, milk and sugar.Sift thoroughly.Store in sealed jars.
To Use:
Add to a Cup of Water,2 Ounces Melted Unsweetened Solid Baking Chocolate and 2 tblspns Butter.
Stir 1-1/2 cups mix with 1 cup hot milk and 1 cup hot water.As soon as it acquires creamy consistency,stir in 4 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.Refrigerate.Serve chilled.
