3 tblspns. Dried Breadcrumbs
1 tblspn. Chopped Nuts
2tspns. Syrup Of Canned Ginger
6 Cherries.

Method
Mash cheese, cream, syrup and crumbs. Spread Mixture thickly on spong cake. Garnish with cherries and nuts and apple or quince jelly.
