Peach Sherbet

Ingredients
Peaches or Apricots
Pinch Salt
Grated Rind Orange
1 Jar Yoghurt
Juice Orange
Pinch Salt
Method
Peel the peaches, remove stones and mash until fluffy. Mix in other ingredients and beat well. Put into ice tray and when half set, take it out and whip until it is very light. Return to tray and set until hard. Unmould and serve at once.
