Pineapple Pie

Ingredients
2 Tins(800 grams each) of Pineapple bits
1 Cup Crushed Cornflakes
1 Cup Grated Coconut
! Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
4 Cup Self Raising Flour
115 gms Margarine
3 tblspn Brown Sugar
Ice Cear
Cherries
Method
Seivethe flour and cut in margarine. Rub with fingers to form coarse mixture like bread crumbs. Mix in all ingredients except pineaplle and set asside. Transfer the drained pineappple bits to a buttered baking dish. Spread crumbled mixture on top of the pineapple. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 degrees C) until the top is golden brown in colour. Serve with whipped ice cream and decorate with cherries.
