Rusks

Ingredients
10 Cups Flour
2dssrtspns. Sugar
2 dssrtspns. Salt
1 Cup Oil
1 Cake Yeast
Tepid milk.
Method
Cream the yeast with the sugar and add about 1/2 cup of the tepid milk.Leave in a warm place .Sift the flour into a bowl with the salt.Add the yeast and oil mix with sufficient tepid milk to an easily kneadabledough.Knead thoroughly and leave to rise overnight.Next morning knead down and form into buns and put them closely together in a greased tins.Alow to rise once more.Bake at 400 degree F for about 2-3/4 hrs . Cool, Break apart and dry out in a cool oven.
