Gingerbread

Ingredients
1 cup syrup
4 tblspns. Oil
1/2 cup boiling water
2-1/4 cups flour
1 pinch salt
1 tspn. Bi-carb.
1 tspn ground ginger
1 tspn. Cinnamon
Method
Add water to syrup, Mix and sift dry ingredients and combined into mixture.Add oil and beat well. Bake at 325 degree F in a loaf tin.
